CAS(E) this Sketch Challenge #2

Welcome back to another fun challenge with CAS(E) this Sketch this week! What an awesome gallery last week with all those fabulous CAS ideas! Here is the sketch for this week's challenge...

I LOVE one layer cards and I couldn't resist making another one this week using another new stamp set I illustrated called Fall-O-Ween. I stamped the large wind swirl first and then stamped the solid leaves in pretty fall colours and then stamped their outlines. To get the colourful sentiment, I used markers and coloured small sections horizontally and then stamped it. Finishing touch was trail lines for the leaves and movement lines.

If you haven't played along with us yet, we would love to have you come on over and give it a try! Remember you can flip or rotate the sketch for a different look too! I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with for this one :)
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!
Julie

  8. I love that - FALL-o-ween! Love, love!

I just had to tell you we were out at a concert by one of your countrymen last night, Julie: Natalie McMaster. We've been following her since we first saw her at a small venue in Berkeley, California. She was the reason we came to NS several years ago. We had fun doing the 2nd Celtic Colors Festival and traveling around NS, all the way around Cape Breton, and PEI. You live in paradise and everyone was so friendly. It's the best vacation we've ever taken!!

    1. She is an awesome performer. We went to Cape Breton this year for Celtic Colours, it was beautiful driving around the Cabot Trail this month. Glad you enjoyed Nova Scotia, it is a pretty place! :)
