Welcome back to another fun week at CAS(E) this Sketch! This week we have one of my own sketches for you to try, check it out...
Besides finding odd and ends and long lost products to use on cards, I also like to dig through by technique books and try something new or some technique that I haven't done in a while. I came across a fun one called marble rolling! Basically, you take a container that has a lid and tape your paper to the inside of the lid. Then you put a couple of drops of re-inker in the bottom of the lid. Throw 3 marbles into the container and move the container around so the marbles go through the ink. Once they are coated with ink, flip the container over and shake it so the marbles go across the paper and voila! You have your own mini Jackson Pollock masterpiece...well kind of, definitely abstract :)
I used three re-inker colours from Stampin' Up!; strawberry slush, pistachio pudding and wisteria wonder. The sentiment is by Technique Tuesday and each square is one inch. This is a perfect sketch to use inchies on!
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!
